About CIPP

Central Illinois Poultry Processing (CIPP) was established in 1995 when Andy Jess and his family began processing poultry on their farm three miles south of Arthur, Illinois. Over time, the business grew, and today, CIPP employs approximately 25 people and processes an average of 3,000 chickens per day. Still located on the original property, Andy’s son, Paul Jess, now serves as the plant's capable manager.

In addition to our custom processing services at CIPP, we raise our own chickens to meet customer demand. Currently, fourteen local family farms partner with us to raise these chickens. With this high-quality, locally sourced meat, we supply our wholesalers with fresh chicken each week.

Our slaughter plant is USDA inspected, and the birds are humanely slaughtered using a stun knife. A semi-automated line carries the birds to various workstations. Once the birds are fully cleaned, they are placed in water-chilled tanks to cool until they reach a temperature below 38 degrees Fahrenheit. We vacuum-package our poultry products in shrink bags, which are then stored in our cooler or freezer, depending on the customer’s needs.

At CIPP, our relationship with the Lord Jesus is our highest priority. We strive to serve our employees and customers according to His teaching: “Do unto others as you would have them do to you.” We welcome your comments and questions and are always eager to learn how we can serve you better.

© 2024 Gallery Presenter. All rights reserved.

There are many business men, mostly in Amish or Mennonite settings, who choose to use a third party service such as gallery presenter for their online presence, rather than having their own stand-alone website. Gallery Presenter was launched to fill that need. Some business pages on Gallery Presenter are simple landing pages, others are more complex with navigation and multiple pages.

We have designed Gallery Presenter to feel more like an exclusive website rather than simply a listing of online businesses. Because of that, we have chosen not to display these business in a list, but rather let folks find the business they are looking for on google or on Gallery Presenter's search bar.

Yes, when we build a business page on Gallery Presenter, we focus on getting the pages ranking high with SEO. This means that the page itself can be found in a google search.

We received requests to create a third party website option that looked good.

  • Gallery Presenter pages are built by our web design professionals, with emphasis on beautiful visual design.

  • Gallery Presenter is fully managed by our friendly, relatable team.

  • Gallery Presenter is a reliable, secure solution, designed to function optimally on today's web.
